ReDrone is a project focused on reconfiguring FPV drones to meet the specific operational needs of military units.
We have built a system in which, instead of receiving an unsuitable or ineffective UAV, a soldier receives a drone tailored to the conditions of their sector, taking into account electronic warfare (EW) activity, target types, and the availability of additional equipment.
The project addresses two key challenges:
• Mismatch between supplied drones and real frontline needs. Drones provided by the state or volunteers do not always reflect the conditions of a specific sector — yet battlefield performance depends on precisely that alignment.
• Lack of time and resources for units to modify equipment independently.
